Marion is a rude old cow. She called me and said to never book with them again, all because I missed an appointment and was a few minutes late to my appointment today. I have kids who I was running around after, the traffic is hectic and I didn’t mean to be late. I don’t appreciate being spoken to the way I was spoken to. I’m a regular customer at this place, but I won’t be going back again after the disrespect.

The ladies at Essential Beauty were so patient with my daughters’ ear piercings. They were calm and let them take their time to be completely ready to get it done! They did an awesome job and I have two very happy kids!

I got my 2nds and 3rds pierced here and will not be getting more piercings from here. The Lady who pierced my ears was very rude and made it obvious that she was completely uninterested in the input and opinions I had made on the placing of my piercings. She did after a while of unnecessary negotiation (regardless of her lack of interest) end up putting the piercing marks in an alright position that I was relatively fine with. The sanitation and cleanliness of the process was really good and definitely matched what I'd expected of such an expensive beauty salon. The piercings process was normal and the pain level was no different from my previous piercings. The end result of the piercings however was not so fabulous. The piecing placement is uneven and inconsistent, not to mention the back of my ear... whoever pierced my ears did not pierce through straight and the earing backs literally touch, it is like she pierced my ears diagonally. Overall I think the actual salon is a nice place, my personal experience however was not so nice which I would blame solely on the beautician. It is unlikely that I visit this place again due to the fact that I think first experiences are important. Thank you, Bree

Came in for my daughters ears to be re-done. She was a little nervous and Courtney showed great empathy, patience, care and understanding. Until my daughter felt comfortable to go ahead with the piercing.
